Services and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, questionnaire or contact form does not create a contract between you and Tandence.

Any project, Tandem Review or other paid work will only begin once the scope, price, timing and any other relevant terms have been agreed.

Where appropriate, these details may be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

The Tandem Review

The Tandem Review is a paid discovery service intended to help clarify a problem, identify priorities and recommend practical next steps.

The Review does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial or technical outcome.

Any recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the Review and the context provided by the client.

Cancellation and rescheduling
The Tandem Review is £300 and payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.

You may cancel or reschedule your Review by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are non-refundable. Where possible, Tandence may offer the option to reschedule at its discretion.

Pricing and payment

The Tandem Review is currently priced at £300, as stated on this website. Prices shown for any other services are indicative unless clearly stated otherwise.

Where a fixed price is agreed for another service, that price and the payment arrangements will be confirmed before work begins.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or separate agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, branding, graphics and other material on this website belong to Tandence or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for personal or business reference, but you may not reproduce, copy, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Ownership and usage rights for work created for a client will be agreed as part of the relevant project terms.
